1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions for the sale of tokens offered on the website serveurliste.com (hereinafter "the Website"), jointly published by Dixept, Linedev and WebXplore (hereinafter "the Publishers").
Any purchase of tokens implies the unreserved acceptance of these Terms as well as the Terms of Use of the Website.
2. Description of tokens
Tokens are a virtual currency internal to the Website, usable to access premium features, in particular the promotion and highlighting of game servers listed on ServeurListe.
Tokens are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-convertible into real currency. They are linked to the user account on which they were credited.
3. Offers and pricing
Tokens are available in the following packs:

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The Publishers reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Payment methods
Token purchases can be made using one of the following methods:
Stripe (credit/debit card)
PayPal
Payment is due in full at the time of the order. Tokens are credited to the user's account upon payment confirmation by the payment provider.
5. Order process
The user selects the desired token pack, chooses their payment method, accepts these Terms by ticking the designated checkbox, and proceeds to payment. The order is considered final upon payment confirmation.
An order summary is accessible from the user account.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby waive their right of withdrawal.
By confirming their order and ticking the Terms acceptance checkbox, the user expressly acknowledges:
That tokens constitute digital content
That their credit to the account constitutes the beginning of immediate performance
That they waive their right of withdrawal as soon as the tokens are credited to their account
7. Refund policy
Tokens credited to the account: no refund is possible once tokens have been credited to the user's account.
Payment error or technical issue: in the event of a charge without token credit (technical error, transaction failure), the user may submit a refund request to [email protected], providing their order ID and proof of payment. The Publishers commit to processing the request within 14 business days.
8. Liability
The Publishers shall not be held liable for:
The use made by the user of their tokens
Service interruptions temporarily preventing the use of tokens
Loss of tokens resulting from account deletion due to breach of the Terms of Use
Unused tokens are not eligible for refund in the event of voluntary account closure by the user.
9. Token validity period
Tokens have no expiration date. They remain available on the user's account as long as it is active. In the event of account deletion, unused tokens are permanently lost.
10. Personal data
Data collected in connection with token purchases is processed in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed directly by the providers Stripe and PayPal; the Publishers do not have access to the user's banking details.
11. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved by customer service, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The contact details of the competent mediator will be provided upon request at [email protected].
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
